I’m thrilled this week to sit down with Rachael Lund, Certified Spiritual Director with a Masters Degree in Soul Care, for a conversation about inner child work. Rachael is one half of the dynamic duo that makes up the Instagram sensation @happywholeway, and it’s her mission to help women find a safe and loving home within themselves.
