This week I’m grateful for my new evening routine! Instead of getting overtired and going to bed too late, I'm taking a more proactive approach to the part of my day after my kiddos are asleep and before my own bedtime where I'm enjoying my skincare routine, brushing and flossing my teeth, and then reading, journaling, and / or meditating in bed. This slower, screen-free, and peaceful part of my day is setting my morning routine up for success the next day and is allowing me to even more fully live by design and not by default!
