This month in the LBD Collective we took the month to press pause, reflect back on the first quarter of 2023, and set our intentions for the next three months to come. We also did a bit of "spring cleaning" during our Discovery Night - the evening we come together for a brief meditation, sharing what's new and good in our lives, then we journal for our 30 minutes with personally curated prompts, and finally we wrap it all up with a group discussion!
It was really neat in April, because there was one prompt in particular that really spoke to our hearts, and it reads, "What are the top three energy zappers in your life at the moment? Is it possible to release or minimize them? What action steps would that require you follow through?"
So today we're going to identify your own personal energy zappers and think through how you might "spring clean" those too!
