My habit intention was to sweat from a place of joy each day through the 12-3-30 treadmill workout...and then I threw out my neck and that was definitely no longer something I could do!
But instead of feeling discouraged and throwing in the towel so to speak, I used it as an opportunity to pivot my habit for the month to something that was loving and nurturing for myself instead.
